Northamptonshire baby photographer, I always enjoy the continuation of photographing a baby’s story with photography. Mum was nearly at due date when I went to their home to capture some images of the family before their baby arrived. Their son was excited about her arrival and we spent some time talking about what it was going to be like to be a ‘big brother’. The Winter light was shining in that day and it is my favourite light source. A few weeks later I was told of the safe arrival of their beautiful baby girl and happily went for cuddles and a chance to photograph her when she was so little. It was beautiful capturing her bath time and mum feeding her. The next time I went for a session was when she was a few months old, already sitting up and so much more alert, such a wonderful time to photograph babies. Again blessed with good light, I photographed the family in their home, where I find it is much more relaxing and the older children can play happily and not get bore, which is always great.
